    Something I forgot to add is that you an also make a lot of these condiments yourself to save money, ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressings, bbq sauce etc. Pinterest has lots of recipes and I have made some before, but for time and convenience I don't have the energy right now so I buy them :)

    I've been animal based for two years and it's improved so many aspects of my health ❤ mainly have red meat, chicken, eggs, seafood, and potatoes and berries + natures carbs. Key is to know what foods give you bad symptoms and replace with other nutrient dense foods. ❤ I am not a sweet person anyway so it's pretty easy for me to eat nutritious foods because I feel so darn good

    Hi Sarah, you should also look into the Animal Based Diet! Dr. Paul Saladino is the one who pushes the diet. I ate this way for a few weeks and experienced major healing to my stomach. I now eat more like what you’re suggesting (minus beans and vegetables) and have still felt the benefits to my health and body! I lost ten pounds of swelling and water weight in a week from eating this way. Anyway, thank you for this video!🩵

    This was a really interesting video, thank you Sarah.
    It’s always good to learn something new each day, and I did! LOL, I learned that peanuts inflammatory? That really was a surprise to me as well as a disappointment. 😧 as I happened to be eating Reese‘s pieces at the time of listening to this video just now.
    If you don’t know what Reese‘s pieces are, they are little chocolate cups filled with peanut butter, and obviously sugar. OMG!
    But I do want to work on a healthy, balanced diet, as well as losing weight, and not being able to cook properly, because I don’t have a cooker, as well as having a low budget.
    Organic food is very expensive! But for the most part, I would encourage everyone to slowly, but surely move over to organic food, and the old-fashioned way of cooking and the biblical way of eating.
    I know I haven’t got this altogether just yet, but I am working on it, like you.
    I think life is for living, and food is for eating, as well as enjoying and keeping us fit, healthy and healing our bodies.
    We can’t do without food, and I love food.
    But our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, as Christians, and as you said, we need to look after our bodies and be very careful what we put in them.
    Thank you for your handy tips and helpful hints and suggestions, Sarah. I found this very useful.

    You don't have to have the patience to make sourdough bread. Just make a starter as a poolish or biga. Throw it in a bread machine. Let it do all the hard work. Maybe let it rise longer with the bread machine. It's all easy

      Yes, and it also helps to control your waterworks and keep things in balance.Because of the potassium in bananas.
