can u put up a link to certa-part? so i can buy a fender for my toyota
You can go to the certifit website to access their online catalog and distribution locations
Where can I find those little plastic bumper clips cause I need one so I can punch my bumper on to the fender
I picked them off salvaged cars at the junkyard
Hardly Moving Productions dang,ok thanks
If I only need to replace the fender, do I still need to remove the bumper to access the bolts?
Yes because the front lip of the fender is tucked and bolted below the bumper.
@@hardlymovingpro thank u very much!
No problem!
Thanks for your comment and support!
@@hardlymovingpro hey where did you buy bumper replacement?
Can you repit please the place to order new parts I need to order Toyota Camry 2002 bumper. Thank you
Iam sorry I see my answer in the comments. Thank you very helpful
On the v6 model there is a plastic milk jug looking tank opposite where the washer fluid resevoir is. Does anyone know what that is? Mine is cracked.
Believe it acts as a baffle between the air filter and throttle body to prevent a sudden surge or drop of air flow.
@@hardlymovingpro Thank you for the response. Rather than replace it, I'm going to try to fix it with some JB weld and see if that works.
@@burntzapato8446 I just removed mine.
Where did you get your parts from?
Go to Ebay and you might be able to find a replacement part. I got my part locally from a vendor called Certifit. You can go online via certifit.com and see if there's a local provider near you.
What’s the website you bought everything from ?
I went locally (Memphis, TN) to a national parts vendor called Certifit. Look them up on the internet and see if there's one near you.
Hardly Moving Productions thank you so much
@@LifeWithCookie4 No problem and good luck!
The heavy breathing 🤣🤣🤣
Not a desk job task.
Question to everyone here, can we put a 2000 camry front and back bumper to a 98 camry?
Nope because for 2000 and 2001 (the last year of that generation) Toyota changed the headlight and taillight design.
not only the headlight and tail lights are different the wiring is different. Bulbs on pre 2000 are H4 while newer are the 900x - So, if you attempt it, you'd basically need the whole front clip + jerry rig the head light wiring and back bumper and lights...not sure about the wiring.
You are remedial
Why wouldn’t you paint before assembling?
Makes it difficult for my paint guy to color match with the original paint finish.
Damn all I gotta say is inflation is a BITCH.... $90 for a fender with crap paint at the pick a part last week. Smh
Nothing seems cheap anymore!
I got hit and run by someone and had this same exact issue
Sorry to hear.
I’m still tryna fix her
Not that difficult of a job. Hard part is finding a good paint shop that can match the paint.
Noooo... rivet the fender to the rocker panel or tack weld it. 🤦♂️
Doesn't matter. GM and Volvo rivets window regulators to the door. Why?
Just got this Camry from my sister with this exact problem! Thanks, OG.🫡
You bet!
