I love all the video versions of this song, including this one. ❤ It was filmed in Iceland, which explains all the natural beauty.
I see it as being about love, about the tentative start, the passion, the confusion, the intimacy, the distance, the passion again. Back and forth, like a dance whose dancers are caught in a whirlwind they don't quite understand, but need. The beach scene with the coats looked like a parting scene, sad, despondent, lonely, cold. They were willing to sacrifice themselves if they felt the other had left them. In the end, neither can bring themselves to leave. They face off at a distance, trailing accelerant as they go. They douse themselves with an accelerant. They each draw fire-tipped arrows and let them go. Each now has to outrun the other's arrow before the flame catches up to them. In the end, they make it to each other in time. It ends with her standing on his shoulders, aligned with him, in the narrow space between where the fires burned.

Very nice video to a wonderful song. His performance on stage of this song, him dressed in a white suit partly showing his bare chest, is wonderful, with the illusion of fire and a floating woman on stage. And his vocalise of this song in the Arnau concert is a truly hypnotizing vibe I get lost in. Love it!

I prefer the performance at New Wave. It's stunning. Also, check out his vocalise version. Dimash is very mature for his age. His innate musical instincts and depth blend to provide a rich sensual experience.
This video is an art video....using interpretive dance and scenery to convey its message. While it's an interesting vision, I prefer just watching him on stage. His stage for this song was something to behold.
No matter what Dimash does....it's always with quality and class.

The height of Dimash allows Dimash to carry off this type of clothing with such grandeur.
I am not enthralled with the dancers and in fact think they take away from the overall theme of the song.
I just realized that Dimash has of recent, (this video is not recent) has gotten off into saving the world. A boring thought to me.
I would love to see him get back to this type of grandeur without the dancers.

There are many live versions of this song, sometimes called Ascolta la Voice (listen to the voice) usually called Know, and it is a vehicle for Dimash to improvise so they can vary a lot! Possibly my favourite is from Arnau Kiev concert, which is a pure vocalise, and Dimash is really like an accomplished jazz singer with an exotic jungle like atmosphere.. This creation drama was the vision of the Ukranian dierctor (who also did the beautiful MV for The Love of Tired Swans.) It was filmed in Iceland. The rainbows are real. It was cold and everyone was wet *real waterfalls , probably the reason for coats at some point! ❤
I love this song so much but, even more, i love his vocalisation of this one. The vocalisation at the end of this, he recreates for the whole of this number which he performs at live concerts, usually sat on the stage and, even though there are no lyrics in this version, he still manages to convey all of the emotion that goes with it. He is just a phenomenon!

I've never fully understood all the symbolism in this video. Thank you for reminding me so that I can revisit it. One that is easily overlooked is the man who is jammed upside down in the sand. Perhaps it points to the ignorance of mankind (head buried in the sand)?

I go to several dance programs each year, both ballet and contemporary. I don't think I've heard "interpretive dance" used by a professional company. Seems more like what one would say at a school recital. And Dimash turns into a violin.

This song Know composed by Igor Krutoy (Krutoy means 'Cool', *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.
