Galardonado con el Premio Lenin en 1989; es también "Artista de Honor de la Federación de Rusia", Artista del Pueblo de Rusia y Artista del Pueblo de Ucrania. Como compositor, ha colaborado con numerosos cantantes de renombre en la música clásica y contemporánea, como Anna Netrebko, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Aida Garifullina, Andrea Bocelli, Dimash Kudaibergen, Lara Fabian, Alla Pugacheva e Irina Allegrova.
Dimash conoció personalmente a Igor en Cerdeña, Italia, pero dos meses antes Igor Krutoy lo había invitado a participar en New Wave, competencia internacional de la música popular que el patrocina. Who knows what the truth really is. I discovered this young man on March 12th of this year. I've listened to much of his music interviews buy him and for him. What matters to me is that he continues to sing great music. He appears to be surrounded by many great artists in composers who are helping him along the way his parents and grandparents keep him grounded it seems. I can say for the first time in my 73 years that I actually love this wonderful young man . I'd like many singers and actors over the years . Dimash enlightens my soul my heart my spirit and my belief and human kindness again❤❤❤❤❤❤

Lol, Igor was semi-retired, but another composer/singer told him about Dimash, and Igor invited him to the New Wave competition show as a guest singer. It's where he sang Sinful Passion. So that's where Igor heard Dimash live for the first time,in 2018. If i can find the interview, i will link it.
This was my 3rd Dimash video about a year and a half ago. My son just asked me if I would believe him if he told me that I have listened to this video 78 times. I laughed, told him his count is to low. He laughed saying: No shiz.

What you say is absolutely correct, many of the songs that Dimash performs are by Igor Krutoy, a Russian/Ukrainian musician who once retired decided to return to compose for Dimash. He commented that he had been waiting all his life for him to find a voice like Dimash's.
I just learned that Dimash is currently living in Los Angeles! He's here for a year (it's almost over - arrived in March) to study directing at the New York Film Academy (yes, it is located in LA). The year at film school is part of his doctoral studies. He already has two bachelors degrees (bel canto and contemporary music) and a masters degree in composition. Judging by his first crack at directing without any experience, this should produce some amazing results!
FYI, The story about Igor Krutoy seeing him at that 2018 performance in Sochi and coming out of retirement? Not true. They already knew each other, and Krutoy was not retired. That clip is from Igor's annual New Wave singing competition, and he invited Dimash to perform as a guest (he was not a contestant).
Dimash, here and there. Didn't stay in LA for more than a month or so. He had long ago given up the internrship in favor of someone else.
He didn't take the internship at the Film school but he did go to LA. Currently we don't know if he's going back there or what his next move is. Busy man!
He's been traveling all over the world this past year so has actually spent very little time in LA.
Lol. Dimash did not take that internship, he felt someone with greater need should use it, but he has been living in LA. Currently, he was in Switzerland at the UN, but who knows now. He does have a concert in Hong Kong planned in December. He's been in and out of China since September.
He gave the internship away but he is currently living in LA. Occasionally he'll come back to Kazakhstan and he's been in and out of China so he's been travelling a lot. He's living in LA for the time being so he can work on an all English album and to potentially grow as an artist in the US.
Yes, the Igor story isnt true, and is probably a misinterpretation of events. People don't fact check these things enough.

Igor composed the music and he and Dimash arranged the song.
The Kremlin Palace theatre is always fabulous and Dimash has performed
there a few times. Since he is fluent in Russian, he fits in there well and it makes
it easy for him and Igor to communicate.
Igor's father was a Russian Jew and his mother is orthodox Christian from Ukraine so he is
fluent in both languages and if I am not mistaken, Dimash's maternal grandfather was from Ukraine and
a musician. He was also a painter, but his hope was to play an instrument in an orchestra. His hopes were dashed
when the USSR forced him to be a portrait painter for govt officials. Sveta, mother of Dimash says it broke his heart and he
died early from that.

Yes. Very hard. Because the amount of air needs to be continually expelled/expressed at just the right force, not too much (too soft- from barely audible whisper to no sound), too much (more contact- clearer tone). Like Simon Biles on the balance beam. A fight to remain steady and in control. Lol. It still takes training/proper placement for a balanced vibrato, with a clearer tone, but nearly impossible to control w a breathy tone. But the other thing is knowing how much air you can expel, at what rate and gauging how much you have remaining before you need a breath all while maintaining the pitch and singing in a foreign language, before you have to go to the next note, in less than half a second. Out of breath??😂 Higher notes take more air because you are forcing air out through a smaller aperture. And remember, while singing, it's the same as holding your breath, in a way. Because you are not taking in oxygen, you are expelling it. And your body has to maintain a functioning oxygen level to conserve energy & remain conscious. 😂 While performing. Of course, it helps to have a third lung like DIMASH. 👽

He is incredible and a consummate performer, singer,director,actor,composer. Everything he touches is done to perfection.
