i think what helps you get confidence in the club is if you know the songs they play and genuinely enjoy them. you can just sing along and move however u like to the beat.
I have had belly dancing training by 3 different teachers, and the way you broke down this simple move was better than any of my previous training. I'm no stranger to hip isolation movements and you broke this down perfectly. I would Love to see more videos like this! Great job honestly!

I think this is a great video. I have no plans to go to a club, but I need an easy workout due to injuries that have kept me on the couch for too long. This is a great starter for me. And to think I used to workout 3 hours a day!

Doing just the shake is like 60% attractive. Bringing up the arms and slightly touching the hair etc is the remaining 40%. I'm a dude and I approve of this. All the best ladies👍

Following surgery, I have only one balance nerve so have been afraid to get up and dance, especially in heels, for fear of falling on someone. You video has given me new confidence that I can keep my feet well planted and almost still and still dance effectively.

It's a very good video. I am Latina and when I travel abroad I am surprised to see how difficult it is to move their body for many. In my country it is almost general culture, but there are people who don't either. Although, we move with a little more energy and faster, it's a good video to start with.

Great moves! The hips aren't isolated really -- the knees and leg drop a lot to accomplish the hip movement, and that doesn't co-ordinate naturally for everyone automatically so you should bring attention to that too. The bottoms of the feet have to activate and suction well to keep it all snatch.
I just found you and I am glad I did!! I'm looking for dance moves that won't be too harsh on my back, so I can put them into a routine that I can do regularly to see if it will help me lose weight!
