Don’t let them make you feel bad! Dancing (socially) is 90% about confidence and having no social shame (I mean that in the best possible way). People who can just lose their inhibitions and don’t care what people think on the dance floor are the fucking best to be with. People who stand on the sidelines bobbing and making fun of other people are lame af
I know this is a bit late but I’m so glad you’re not with that person any more. I had the same thing happen to me by a bully in high school and it wrecked me at the time! So hard to get back on the dance floor. Just know I’m dancing with you!
You're ex is an asshat. Take his video and repost it on your social media with a caption that says this is what happy looks like! Be sure you give a shout out for filming credit to the "bitter ex" and tag his petty ass to your post. It doesn't matterif you look like you're having a seizure just own it , once you own it douche nozzle looks like the insecure pos he is.

I used to be able to move and then I turned 55 and it’s like I’m made of 2x4s and rusted steel pipes. So sad. I used to wonder why old people looked so, uh, unique when they dance. Now I get it! Everything is stiff and they hurt!
