i hate this show got shuffled off to no where land. i'd at least wish some of the characters can be fit into the new marvel universe with the same actors. thanks for reminding me of this show . keep up the good work

Likewise! In our rush to unite all Mutants under the MCU umbrella, I think us fans are going to start to realize that all characters under one company might mean less and less content in the long run. I know Disney is planning a lot of new MCU shows and movies but Fox was able to give us a pretty decent run of XMen movies and shows along side all the stuff Disney has been putting out.
That what the idoits always do , they have a fantastic TV show and canceled it but they can keep teen mom , 70 shows ,close and dagger on for 10 seasons

i really hoped there would be 4 seasons. cause season 1 had “X” capitalized in each episode. season 2 was “M”. it would make sense to finish 4 seasons and make it “XMEN”

This show is literally attached to my emotional heartstrings literally the entire concept of having to go underground because you're forced into exile discriminated against because your different the episode when they had all their powers suppressed by pulse was intensely stressful😔as I stated before the show is Personal for me I can't believe they cancelled right before it reach its peak 😢

I loved The Gifted and, I am hoping for a season 3. I started watching the first episode a month ago and was on the edge of my seat until I watched both seasons IN TWO DAYS! Great show I am watching it again now.
They need to do a season 3 they can't just make us stay in a cliffenger end
I just found out about this show. Like today, 2 hours ago even. I believe shows like this don't get the viewership they need to be successful due to poor advertisement and cross promotions. Plenty of opportunities to get more viewers by sending some of their characters to mobile games like msf, cross over events with other shows and even shorts featuring the actors(interviews, cross promo ads etc) wheres the community manager getting in on the meme culture, theres so little content regarding this show gives we how big it could have been. Its a shame really.
Indeed, it really feels like this show started to get it's bearings by season 2; sadly I feel like at that point the eyes were already off the show and not much effort was made to appeal to a social media following or even an established fan base.

I just decided to watch the gifted and finished both seasons to find out it got cancelled so disappointed what a bad way to end they should have at least ended the show with a good ending instead of a cliff hanger which lead most of us to believe that there would be a season 3 I'm disappointed.
Loved this show so much and still do even now.
So much potential, such great characters.

Just finished binging this show after accidently stumbling upon it. It definitely deserved at least a third season especially after the last scene. The story was not finished yet.
If Disney owns it that means they can bring characters to the Marvel cinematic universe which is probably what Wandavision is setting up so now I’m excited
I really loved this show! I just found it from streaming service and it had only 2 days left to watch it. That was intense two days binge. Never done before with so many episodes. Now I'm just so sad it ended too soon. I really need to get season 3 like right now. I still have hope it will happen.

I just finished watching it on Hulu and it reminds me of what happened with Manifest where they cancelled it on a cliffhanger, but then fans and people who worked on the show were trying to get it picked back up. It seems like now they might get to do some type of conclusion. In my opinion, The Gifted was a much better show and I'd rather see that one come back instead. Unfortunately I don't see the same level of "campaigning" for another season like fans did with Manifest, so I don't have much hope that it will come back. Bummer. They got to conclude some big storylines so at least that's something, I guess...

I picked up on the whole Polaris & Magneto thing as soon as we met her in season 1 but it was cool to have the confirmation. Also I really need a season 3 cause everyone kinda knew Blink wasn’t really gone and I feel like I need to see the mutant revolution to the end, had so much potential!

Eclipse was a surprise for me, a exclusive character made to an act as Cyclops that actually was to me the best Cyclops adaption by far in everything, but the name.
Polaris going to the dark side and the Strucker family story-line was great also, Stephen Moyer was brilliant in the show. I was a big fan of Blink, I think the actress wasn't very good.

I believe it needs to be brought to a streaming service. This show is the definition of binge-able. I would never be able to watch it week to week as I would be too anxious from the suspense. I am praying for a season 3!

This scifi show felt like such an action show! Holy smokes! Edge of your seat! The chemistry from everyone there is insane! Very colorful characters for sure snd Amy Acker as the mom she’s sexy but bold! The tag team powers that they developed was something new and I digged it! Any chance of season 3?

I'm so upset that they canceled it. I so so hope Disney finishes it they probably didn't advertise it enough to get the ratings they needed I hate when they do that this was a really good show I loved it.
It really was a shame, I dont really get into series much anymore but I was hooked into this one. So upset when it just 'stopped'. They cant seem to come up with a movie idea for a new generation of mutants. 'New Mutants' was a let down.

All the actors, in my opinion, were Awesome and their performance was excellent in Seasons 1 & 2.
So the ratings were low in Season 1 and became lower in Season 2, this to me is bullshit. FOX, is so full of themselves for canceling Season 3. I saw parts 1 & 2 on Hulu. It took me two days to watch it. It's an awesome show. I wish that Fox would change their minds and bring it back.

I just discovered this show . I finished it in 2 weeks it was so GOOD. I don’t think it needs a season 3. If so I would like to see more of the struckers siblings & I would have liked to see the dad use his powers if he hadn’t died but overall it was good & I loved the ending.

S1 was great. S2 was a torture I forced myself to finish, slowly, over years.
Gifted started off slow but then got pretty good, very surprised this show got cancelled

Nope, lol. It's kinda like the same plot device you use for the Supergirl show for the earlier season "Superman is not around so Supergirl can save the day". Same here, the absence of the X-Men is never explained and really convenient for our characters to have to step up

Would have been good it was refreshing to have Other Marvel characters shine for once just like the Runaways don’t get me wrong I like Spider-Man and the Avengers but seeing them revamped over and over again same story just different takes on it , you kind of know what’s gonna happen before it happen, they need to reconsider and continue with the Series please!
