Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends is a compilation of mini-games for children based on the British children's television series of the same name, which in turn is based on The Railway Series of books by the Reverend Wilbert Awdry and his son, Christopher Awdry. It was released on SNES, Commodore 64, Mega Drive, NES and Atari ST. The SNES version was developed by Software Creations and published by THQ in 1993. -

This Thomas & Friends console game is fabulous! It's a shame that many other ones never had US versions.
i realize I am kind of off topic but do anyone know of a good place to watch new movies online?
@Phillip Manuel lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
This upload came out before the 76th Anniversary of the Railway Series books, so perfect timing for a celebration release!
The Title Screen shivers down my spine
lmaooo it is certainly unsettling
Well, they did a good trick having Thomas not looking dead-on at the player as he came up, at least.
I hear that Resident Evil: Village is taking notes!

@@JFJD but this is fine the Sega Genesis Version shows Thomas with a WIDE Smile
My childhood game... Brings me back
SNES keeps surprising me over and over again. Never knew this one existed tbh 😆
At 2:47 That Was A FANTASTIC FAIL. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, LOL 😃👍.
That wasn’t very nice
@@ljandthomasyeah it wasn’t his fault after all people make mistakes
They should make a Thomas racing game
They should call it "Race with bertie"
Well, that sort of happened when "Thomas & Friends: A Day at the Races" was developed and released for the PlayStation 2 in 2007, but sadly, it was only released in Europe and Oceania. Fortunately, I have a UK PAL slim SCPH-75003 PlayStation 2, a silver EyeToy USB camera accessory, and the UK PAL PS2 release of "Thomas & Friends: A Day at the Races" here in the United States.
Ok ahem (go go Thomas)
I....like.....the.....automatic......reading......speach......and......the.....stories........and.....music......are.......from......actual........episodes.
Why...does...the...speech...talk...like...this...it...sounds...stupid
It brings back memories when I was a child. 🚂
This game should be remastered or remade for modern systems and add whole new content such as roaming around Sodor or seeing different events happening around there. Maybe incorporate the Genesis version as inspiration as well.
the first video game i ever saw with voice acting in it
I’m on mushrooms and loved this show as a kid!
you Must Be. That's Why you Call yourself "Anonymous". 🤷♂️🤦♂️👎.
My childhood all over again
Holy time warp back to the early and mid 1990s! I used to love this game as a kid
Never knew that there was an actual video game for this.
Dude, wtf, I love it
I suppose next we’ll be seeing a Postman Pat videogame on here, followed by a bunch of people saying they’d played it when they were little, eh?
I would watch the show all the time when I was a kid.
See if anyone can name all of the music playing in the background
“Narration by George Carlin”
great, nobody had played with the 3 stories, the great race of thomas & Bertie, / Thomas saves the day and Thomas, Percy and the mail train because I was strange because the video lasts 45 minutes if it is achieved in 10 minutes! he he Postscript: I've been following you since 2015 watching your Snes game plays like Simpsons Bart't Nightmare, Toy Story Usa, Pinocchio etc. For the only reason that I could play it because I did not have
This SNES version is superior to the NES prototype, but I think what holds it back is the game's short length and lack of any additional content. The Sega Mega Drive Thomas & Friends game was way more fleshed out compared to this.
I mean all the voice clips crammed into this one probably took up tons of space on the cartridge
@@PeruvianPotato True, though the NES version had about the same amount of content anyway.
Piękna grafika, klimatyczna muzyka, szkoda że takie pociągi sympatyczne nie jeżdżą po szybach🐖😹
Why does the main theme recreation sound like the official one that I heard as a kid?
Tim Follin, that's why
@@systemshocker2875 if i wasnt being told it was on the SNES i would have believed it was the real theme
@@systemshocker2875 ive heard his silver surfer, plok and pictionary stuff and im like "no Nintendo composer manages to get those instruments as complex as Follin."
@@Tyranitar66501 Did you hear his theme for Time Trax on Sega Genesis?
@@systemshocker2875 not yet I will soon
How did I play this game back in preschool and was not greatly disturbed by it?
i still have this game
I see Thomas. I click because TB&F and Benjo & Billzooie
