Here's a new Mario Forever game made by Crist1919 and Mariovariable3410, titled "Mario Forever All Stars". The name is obviously based on "Super Mario All Stars" on the SNES, which is a collection of several Mario games, including the original sequel to Super Mario Bros. which wasn't released outside of Japan until "All Stars" came out years later. I couldn't find any real connection between the original SNES game and the MF game by our guys here, other than the name itself, but that's not important...what is important is that Crist and MV teamed up to deliver a great game to add to the collection of MF fan games. However, what stood out with this one was the difficulty ! While it is very well executed in terms of quality, the game starts off way too difficult, way too fast ! By the time you reach the second level, you'll be begging for mercy ! The best description of how this game works is something like "tons of sh!t flying at you at once": whether it's lakitus, bullets, flamethrowers or koopas, everything is in large and over-abundant numbers, making this one of the most difficult games I've played so far ! It took me quite some time to finally beat it and the fact that I was almost ready to give up at one point should suggest it's not made for casual players, so the target audience for this one is limited only to hardcore motherf*ckers.....like me :)) Anyway, see for yourself: a great game in the MF library, but a hard son of a b!tch !
