Here are the two bonus levels bundled with "Great Bowser's Castle", so we can officially put this game to rest. Actually only one of these can be considered a "bonus" level - the other one, World Minus 1-4 is taken from "The Minus Worlds" with little to no changes, so we shouldn't even include it here, but I figured I might as well.
