I could definitely use a pair of these. I just recently bought the king cable hose clamp pliers and they are great but these look nice. The pistol grip ones look more useful but i would be happy with either.
I have these exact pliers, and they do have a place in my toolbox. Awesome for some places your hand cannot get. It is a matter of preference for the application. There are many tools or hacks that can get the same result.
I'd like to try them. Get outside the engine bay and start removing a bumper or something where the little tabs you have to push are full of dirt and you can't push them no matter how hard you try, and even if you can push them the connectors are really hard to slide apart and you can't push the tab really hard and pull them apart at the same time... yeah, anything is worth a shot in those scenarios
The time test is not a valid test of the usefulness of this tool. Yes, fingers work great on some easy to reach and easy to pull apart connectors. I use this connector disconnect tool as a last resort if my fingers don't work on stuck connectors.
Damn brother good video. I was about to buy these pliers cause i always jack up connectors some how. Might be my hands that dont seem to work quite right either! So woukd you invest in these pliers if you had some gimped up hands? Thanks man.
Yes but not the straight pair, get a set that are angled at a 45* angle they work best for tighter spaces! And wait, because you may get this set and like em… and I appreciate that brother I’m tryin to improve quality of my videos!
Just like any tool, they won't work in all situations. I was thinking if the one jaw wasn't quite so wide and having them in a set with straight along with 45 degree right and left bends might help.
🎉🎉 Congratulations brother you won the tool drawing! Email me @ flipposgarage@gmail.com so I know where to send your tool. I still haven’t heard from you bubba. Don’t miss out on these, I’m going to start doing a giveaway each month.
I always find that specialty tools work well during special occasions.
I agree with you and others that left a comment. Definitely useful sometimes but not all the time.

You made a good video. I really want these pliers, but as a home mechanic you proved aI don’t absolutely need them. Thank you for the information!
Thank you for the comment!
I’d give them a shot, just to have them when I need them. And forget I have them when I do need them.
Shoot me an email brother and I’ll send you a pair! flipposgarage@gmail.com
Found a knock-off pair on Amazon for $10. They help my old fingers. Thanks for the video.
