Troubleshooting a rough idle on a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R750

Took apart my 2006 Suzuki GSXR750 to troubleshoot a rough idle issue seen the last time it was taken out for a ride. Idle was rough and seemed like it was not running on all 4 cylinders. Bike would stall at a light at times and run rough at low RPMs. Would seem to run normal occasionally with more throttle, but not 100% of the time. Poor power under load.
Suspected it was a bad coil pack on one of the cylinders, so disassembled bike to look into the coils and check plugs. All 4 coils did not show any significant differences in coil resistance. Input was about 2 ohms and output was about 13 kohms on all 4 coils. Spark was verified on all 4 cylinders and spark plugs looked normal; no fouled plugs and all 4 were a normal tan color.
Re-assembled and will take for a test ride to see if the issue has gone away or is intermittent. Coil packs can be problematic when they heat up in engine bay after many miles of use and cause intermittent electrical contact internally which will cause the coil to misfire.

I have the problem the other way around, my bike stutter when it's cold, but not once it is warmed up, any idea where I should look?
I have replaced all my spark plugs with iridiums.

bke sparks but back fires do i need to put the 600 pulse generator into the 750 ?

it could be a bad coil or a bad plug either

Hi John - I bought them at coilspec.com/. To be honest though, I’m still running original ones since discovering root cause of my intermittent running issue.(cracked spark plug isolator; see other video: ruclips.net/video/TOhbUfWqTzg/видео.html) I have the coilspec parts as backups.

No - RPM did not waver much at all when it had the issue. It simply did not have the power you’d expect from 4 cylinders running since it was only running on 3 with the bad plug (intermittent spark).
