    Part 2?
    How did install the cct?

To install back the CTT :
      - Load the CTT up
      - Ensure the timings are set correctly
      - Bolt it back (2 bolts) with a new gasket
      - Rotate the timing chain drive sprocket
One the timing chain guide tap on the CTT, it will release / unload the tensioner. The OEM one is auto adjustable, then pretty straightforward.

my motorcycle has a fault, at 4500 rpm 6000 rpms. No one seems to be able to find the problem, I replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the injectors and the fuel pump, after 4500 rpms the motorcycle loses power, 2008 suzuki gsxr 750, what do you think the problem is.

Just my 2 cent of wild guess.
      Might be electrical components.
      ECU?
      Voltage drop in power supply?
Since its issue only appears in Mid Range (btw 4 5 to 6k rpm). Unlikely, it's related to spark, injectors, intake, and such (these are hardware that will affect the whole rev range).
