I’ve recently just bought an FX9 and tripod for a great deal. Your video was great at explaining your kit setup and your reasons why you have it. I’m looking to get the same rig. That Smallrig top plate is like gold dust here in the UK 😂 cannot find one anywhere. Shape, Tilta and Wooden Camera have their own but I’m not paying a massive premium on a cheese plate 😂

I've used the Minimax but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a super stripped down FX9. I own the Vario 5 with Cinema Vest
If Sony were to release an FX9 II, what upgrades or new features would you most want to see?
4K 120fps at least in the 5K FF Crop mode or S35. A 6:5 or 3:2 Open Gate option. And XOCN-LT
Would you recommend the flowtech 75 over the flowtech 100 for your fx9?
I've used my Flowtech75 extensively with my FX9 as well as larger setups with a Venice. The 100 is great if you have fluid heads for 100mm.
