Dear morgaine, this is stunning. Those colours are so vibrant . The pallette knife technique is fabulous. You have achieved great results and its so refreshing to see colours that might not be realistic but somehow our brain soaks it all in and I for one love it 👍😍 Great finishing touch with the blue heron ☺️

Brilliantly explained created Morgaine as you said it's unusual colours but again you've proven that it gives a misty effect, you've still achieved great detail depth in your painting. Thanks greatly appreciated looks like you've also blended quality paints aswell, great result so well explained and puts everyone in relax mode as someone has pointed out like your mum such talented people you both are. I strive to paint like this, but get scared when I feel I’ve lost control of the paint and water. Your painting is beautiful.. I ordered your graphite set this morning. I’m excited, can’t wait! I have a set of water soluble graphite pencils, but they don’t have the pigment punch your pans do.
