    I would really love to see you showcasing how you build encounters with terrain, minis, and statblocks.
    You could show off how you build it before hand and then end the video talking about how it went over with the players and how they interacted with the different aspects of it.

      My DM gave me an Earth Bind Loadstone as random loot once. Almost a year later he set up an Ancient Dragon as the big baddie of the campaign. Except he put us on a broken bridge and the dragon hovering out over a SUBSTANTIALLY deep canyon.
      As the Warlord, it was the most I ever diectly contributed to combat :)

    This set it awesome! So much to interact with!
    Since you have an extensive collection, I'd love to see different sculpts of various types of creatures from a variety of sets. For example, you could do a video that compares ogres from different sets, another one about pirates, and another about druids, etc... it would be a great reference for players and DMs looking to acquire specific minis :)

    One other thing you could 'review' are some DIY materials for making encounters. Show us some things that allow us to express our creativity on a limited budget. Some examples: wrapping paper has a 1-inch grid and is opaque enough to hide rolled maps, some brand of soft drink is a great source for status rings and snacks, some kind of cardboard is great for papercraft terrain, pennies are excellent for expendable mobs. I get that the major companies create beautiful sculpts and help your bottom line, but maybe take a step back to help players realize their own creative visions.

    Excellent review as always, showcasing even the flaws of the product and solution to them. Would really like to see how you prepare for a sesaion using the terrain and TheDeckOfMany cards, and how you manage everything during the session, maybe even a short live (and then a bit edited) oneshot? 🙂

    If you're looking to broaden your content, the D&D Board games (Legend of Drizzt, Temple of Elemental Evil, Wrath of Ashardalon, etc.) might be interesting to see reviewed. They come with minis, so they are still similar to what you do. After that, there are other D&D branded games like Rock Paper Wizard, Dungeon Mayhem, Three Dragon Ante, etc.
    BTW, I couldn't click the bell because RUclips seems to think this was made for kids. Like I keep telling my wife though, they're not TOYS, they're COLLECTIBLES! ;)

  • @Paddyevans
    @Paddyevans 4 года назад

    Hi there. So three ideas of what would be cool to see.
    First would be some kind of let's play, see you and your group enjoying these products :)
    Second, some kind of "your first game" guide or mini series, from both DM and player perspectives (there are never enough clear guides to bring folks casually interested actually into a game)
    Finally (and not sure if possible with your sponsors), how the minis and terrain (personally mainly into the terrain) work with some other manufacturers. The two that leap to mind are Monster Fight Club, and Battlefield in a Box, both being prepainted ranges and very compatible

  • @brotquel1592

    Like the bridge and the fact that it's modular (raisable and extendable).

  • @nerdicwarrior
    @nerdicwarrior 4 года назад

    This would make a great diorama piece for minis.
    How about doing some reviews on the adventure modules so people can see what they're about before buying them.
    Some discussions or reviews on D&D novels, Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance and such, would be cool too.

  • @billybrown9267

    Really like the fact that they made the pillars unattached from the bridge. That way you can use them as regular pillars elsewhere.
    As for content, dungeon builds would be cool. You could perhaps even partner with some sponsors to showcase how their dungeons and encounters would look with minis and stuff.
    P.S.: yay, more cats!

    I really enjoy your reviews. So much in fact, it's why I subscribed. I am mainly interested in Dungeons and Dragons items, however I understand you want to cover a wide range to attract more people. That being said, I've always went away with the feeling that your reviews are fair. I love the fact you don't hide the cons and you'll bring out the pros in a product and it's really left to us to decide what we personally think of the item being reviewed. I like the thoroughness of your reviews as well. It appears to me at least that you've really taken the time to study the item at hand before giving us the low down. So, all being said, I can appreciate that your looking for feedback. To be honest, I got nothing. Because your already doing it. I'm mainly interested in the D&D reviews as I've stated. Any new products having to do with the game that truly may have a shot to making the game a better experience....I'm interested. So now that I'm rambling on, I'll end by saying...not really interested in your give away if this comment signs me into that, but thanks just the same. I would rather it go to someone that would better appreciate it. But I did want to give some feedback since that appears what your after, so there you go. Great channel, keep up the good work as it's really nice to see what we're getting before putting down our hard earned dollars. Thanks again...Cheers!!

    I'm just getting into mini painting, and I know a lot of people are also interested in that. Maybe recommend a paint set or specific colors, show off their uses and effects on cool minis. Give some tips and ideas. I would like to see stuff like that because I'm kind of poor, and it's scary to jump right into buying expensive paints.
