Thank you, 🌺🧶🦋🥰, love crocheting/knitting socks. Knitting gloves 🧤 in progress. I tend to do the circular knitting magic loop. Toe up. I like doing all methods, love 😍 learning. Many avenues. Thank you.
Thank you for the video. I would not have considered a tab sock until this. It is harder for me to figure out men’s sock sizes for friends gifts, even with the footprint as it relates to my stitch count. As soon as I figure out how to do this, I will do these socks. Thanks again.
Excellent instructions; very clear and s-l-o-w :). And I personally appreciated you knitting a small size so we could get on with things, not to mention not giving too much of the pattern away. But…I’m wondering if there is an advantage to using this method of short rows. It seems like a lot of wrangling (especially those purl KDS which, as careful as I was, caused me to drop a stitch and frog). I haven’t re-worked those rows yet so I can’t see if the right side of the work is substantially nicer than some of the other methods. Thoughts?
Should the heel flap have the number of rows divisible by 4 for the larger sizes like the smaller sizes do since there are 4 rows in the pattern? Thanks.
Help I after the DS how many stitches should I have before I begin KDS ? I just need to know the stitch count to double check my work. I love your pattern and purchased it on Ralvery
Hi, I bought this through Rav a couple of weeks ago, and I was sent the old 2021 version with errors in the heel turn and heel flap. How can I get the corrected version? Thank you.
@ms.brenda8993 you could try just turning the work the first half of the short row rows, then pick up the edge stitches as you work back down. But you might end up with little gaps down the side. Let me know how it turns out!
I am trying to make these socks but I am having such as problem understanding the MDS on the second one, working on the right side. I have the 2 legs showing the purl side but I can’t quite grasp the way you create the stitch on the next row. Help!
This is a more of a guide to supplement the pattern that Rachel has, its so you can visually follow the techniques and understand how the stitches are supposed to look and then look at the pattern for further information on how to make a sock for adults
Friend, this is a FREE knitting tutorial for a complete pattern, that a stranger recorded for the benefit of others. She’s obviously nervous to be recording, but powered through that to provide useful content for YOU. Take a seat and keep the unnecessary criticism to yourself. Out here acting like you were born in a barn. Bless your heart.
Thanks for that, I hadn’t even noticed until you got out your amplifier and megaphone. If you can’t appreciate the content then just move along. Don’t be a negative Nancy.
thank you! I made the first sock, now can't remember it all, so happy to have this
You have made the ultimate instruction video. The fact that you are able to keep it all in focus for the video is no small feat!
@user-sr7sq3kh2m thank you 😊
You are so good at explaining! Thank you! Just bought this pattern and am looking forward to making them.
So nice to have full video to follow along with. Thank you.

Great tutorial!
Thank you!
Hi! I love the video, but would love it even more if a chapter for the heel turn could be added... THANKS!
I agree!

can we use a twin stitch instead of a german short row " double stitch " ?
I was wondering the same thing…..
Have you tried it?
I'm not following the pattern sizing on the ravelry page, would this larger feet?
excellent tutorial-many thanks
Thank you!
Have you had anyone have problems with the arch pattern not syncing at the end of decreases?
Is there an alternative way to do the tab? I just can not do the German Short row.

@@knitwearbyrachel6015 thank you! I’m not worried about little gaps so I’ll give it a try.
Can you knit two at a time with this pattern
What book are you looking in the video, please?

Hi Barbara, thanks for reaching out. I've just send you an email :)
Hola...como se llama ese montaje de puntos por favor... gracias
So beautiful 👌🌹👍🤝🙏
Thank you!
Thank you!
What’s the name of the book you’re using?

Can you explain the number of stitches CO as it relates to the circumference of the foot?
Nice beautiful nice
Such a great video. Even with all the “umms”. 😉♥️
Hahaha thank you! 😊
Perhaps putting your ball of yarn outside the field of vision, would make it where the camera quits focusing on it. Just a thought. But good tutorial.
What book was that pattern in please? I enjoy books. Thanks, charlene
Farmhouse Socks
This would have better with an adult sock tutorial.
I want to purchase a pdf download. Why do the want my address .my ID number etc
I'm not sure why anything would want an ID. If you aren't able to download via Ravelry it is also available at lovecrafts.com
Try 16+16+16=48 sts you can’t go wrong

You say um so often it is very hard to listen to your video.
Really clear instructions except I’m not sure if you realise how often you say umm, it’s about every 6 seconds and detracts from what you’re saying
I’d LOVE to watch your video tutorial

Please try to avoid saying “umm” so frequently.
Please stop nagging
Can't watch it with the ummmm
You say um to many times for me. I can't get past three minutes into the video.
