OMG. I have often talked to my American wife about how Canada, as beautiful and appealing a place to live as it is (especially now 😉), the bureaucracy at all levels of government, from BC to Newfoundland, can be gobsmackingly infuriating. We'll be dealing with it all soon enough, and then we can all pour a pint of Moosehead and lament together!
I would have just put a second floor on the garage and made that your home, ha ha. Great sunsets indeed! Can you just block the water from entering your property or is that 'interfering with a watercourse'?
Now you're talking! I did try and convince Tyson that we could build a little tower 😅We have to reroute it unfortunately but find a way to do so where it's not going back over the road! We're currently working on some plans haha. Thank you for the comment!

Have actually been watching someone else's youtube series where they have an incinerating toilet which apparently doesn't work very well. Dehydrator toilet makes me think of dried cow patties 🤣

@ it’s also cheaper to build ‘up’ than ‘out’ at least that’s what my Dad always says…smaller footprint. 🤷🏻♂️ 😎
