I'm a tattooer and entrepreneur in Nova Scotia. We sold our 2400 square foot home to live in a 25ft Airstream trailer full time! We also host a tv series called Trailer Travels on Eastlink Community. Season 3 coming May 2025. Check out the extra behind the scene footage here!
This is also the home of 'Life Simmsulated', a 10 episode video interview series where we look at the weird and wonderful paths we find ourselves on in this training simulation we call life. Now you're talking! I did try and convince Tyson that we could build a little tower 😅We have to reroute it unfortunately but find a way to do so where it's not going back over the road! We're currently working on some plans haha. Thank you for the comment!

What we use is baskets! Also as a Maritimer (NBer) - Why is everyone moving to NS?! haha
We started with baskets and totes and they quickly got out of control 🤣 Hello neighbour! Fun fact - we had a great trip to NB this summer, Fredericton specifically and LOVED it. It definitely cooks faster and more evenly, that's for sure. Is that what you're putting in Magnolia?
@@aliciaetattoo It sure is. We'll be flush mounting a two-burner induction cooktop we've had in storage for a couple of years, bought just for this purpose. We were very sure of how fast we'd progress back then, you see!

@ until recently we’d only ever had the soy and scallion because most of my household are heat wimps. 😉 Just tried the sweet spicy one and it’s pretty good, but I didn’t find it as flavourful? Seems weird-but in any event it’s not TOO spicy and still yummy! We beef it up with veggies and protein too. Heck I used a handful of coleslaw mix the other day because that’s what I had and 👍🏻👍🏻.
@ the spicy noodles are so so hot. We’re good up to a medium heat but those ones had us reaching for milk!! Tasty but burny haha.

Have actually been watching someone else's youtube series where they have an incinerating toilet which apparently doesn't work very well. Dehydrator toilet makes me think of dried cow patties 🤣

OMG. I have often talked to my American wife about how Canada, as beautiful and appealing a place to live as it is (especially now 😉), the bureaucracy at all levels of government, from BC to Newfoundland, can be gobsmackingly infuriating. We'll be dealing with it all soon enough, and then we can all pour a pint of Moosehead and lament together!

Was that culvert there when you bought the land? I feel like this is something you should have known about, or at least the realtor should have discussed with you.
It was, and it was something we were aware of, but it's gotten significantly worse since we bought the land as we've had quite an increase in rainfall in this area over the last year. A few videos back, we have footage of all the flooding that's happened over the year. We were also told by most professionals we talked to about it that it's a provincal issue but not surprisingly, they don't agree.

I hate to tell you, but a trailer IS an RV. RV encompasses, bumper-pull trailers, 5th-wheel trailers, and several different classes of Motorhome.
Yeah there's definitely some debate between what's the proper term. We had a Fraserway 24 foot RV to start (what the rental place calls it) and we found it was just not what we wanted when buying ourselves - which is the airstream trailer we have now. If you follow hashtags online, RV gets you all KINDS of vehicles!

I remember a time when the Red Cross, or Canadian Blood Services now I guess, wouldn't take from anyone with a tat because of the fear of HIV infection. I was told that once when I went to give blood (this was in the 80's mind you). So glad to see that's changed!
I remember that too! Now you have to wait 3 months after getting tattooed to be eligible to donate.
