Hi, I would not recommend it. While I admire the aspiration of releasing an eco friendly range this just does not perform very well and has several issues.
@@donjorge8329 The slot size is too small for a standard slice of bread and the cover is plastic and can only be replaced when the toaster is fully cooled. My full review is in the comments.
@@Kalbo64 Ah, got it. Now I am informed. Thanks again! I've ordered the water kettle of this series, and I thought about a matching toaster and a coffee machine...
Hi, in my opinion it misses the mark on too many things, I admire the aspiration of an eco range but it also has to be a good viable product which in my opinion this isn't.
@@Kalbo64 Thanks for your opinion. I was thinking to buy them. But maybe not now, mine breakfast set is still working fine. I just like the design on this Philips set.

@@Kalbo64 That's such a shame :(
The design is excellent, minimal design. Do you think it’s durable? Is it worth for it?

The irony of releasing an eco-conscious product made almost entirely out of plastic. 🤦🏻♂️
The toaster isn't the greatest but it does use 100% plant-based plastics* to reduce its CO₂ footprint by 14%
