First Time at Zenkaikon! Armoring Up for our Panel and The Quest for LARP

- Zenkaikon is a convention in Lancaster, PA that's purpose is to promote knowledge and enjoyment of Japanese art, animation, and culture as well as science fiction and fantasy literature and films of all origins. For 2023, their theme for the convention was Renaissance Faire! It was the perfect theme for us to attend the Con for the first time. We checked out what the Con had to offer, got ready for the panel alongside real jousting knights, and moderated the panel! It was an epically fun day!!

Go Nathan and multiple costumes, that's the way to go and maybe a little bit over achievering. I had multiple outfits for Kids fair so I totally get it! So happy that you got to host the panel ❤🎉

I'm guessing the mask thing was a policy of the convention center as I went to the Philadelphia Flower Show in March and it was back to normal
It was a policy of the convention itself. As soon as you left the convention area within the building, you could take your masks off.

Even when I went to Ranger Station in Oaks last year, it was optional
The ‘L’ was barely noticeable next to the Star as the paint was worn off
