Check out Letter Bee I think you'd like it. It has the same kind of delivery/ grand adventure aspect to it as Steamboy (as you'd expect from the title) but is much longer and because it's character driven there's a lot of neato character development. P.S. It's 51ish episodes so it's kinda long, be warned.
