I played as mittelafrika a few times and at one time AI managed NOT to make a civil war, giving their leader trit great compromiser. (also world event looked cool as it was the first time i had seen america avoid civil war)
It's very hard to do. The main way is to play as Garner, give the leftists some concessions and have Long assassinated.
I guess some wars just need to happen. The Klan scum and the syndicalists need to be brought into the open so they can be removed for good.
Ir happened to me 1 time as Germany, and i was pissed off, they allied with the russians

@@prettysureidateyourmom5104 its easy, you can see it in the guide menu, you needed if i dont remember bad to take hoover as presiden and take all the decesions on the events that harm the less the country, and the ai is almost uncapable of do it ( i mean by probability)

If i remember correctly then new england has an interesting lovecraftian focus tree. Though that may be only in kaiserredux.

@@plpong893 I think Carl Weiss was the fall guy and one of Long’s bodyguards shot him then they shot up Weiss so he couldn’t talk. FDR definitely had a motive: he said Huey Long was one of two of the most dangerous men in America. The other was MacArthur I believe.
Stakuyi next you play America, there’s a path where you can avoid the civil war. There’s a guide in the game for this, below the leader portrait. I recommend you go for Alf Landon, via the focus tree you can get zero consumer goods and some pretty good bonuses to industry and research speed.
So... "Germany wins WWI, America does not care, continues as normal", basically?
I think this would be a good path for when he does the normal USA.
There's also the Eternal President Hoover
Landon’s pretty good for a normal playthrough, but I prefer George Norris for a non-civil w*r run. “The Fighting Liberal”

don't worry if you ever get board of the ACW micro, you can always do the Hoover run where there is no civil war. Quite funny events and America is really strong after it because it doesn't start killing itself.

I can only imagine Stakuyi's Face when he sees the H.P. LoveCraft tree, maybe he'll get around to playing the Communist Girlboss + H.P. Lovecraft path as well.
Little fun fact, the militia units that you can just spawn in the ACW, if you change their template into something else, you get to keep those units even after the civil war is over. Just a small bit of info there, free for anyone to use
You can switch your militia to a duplicate template to prevent the units/equipment from being deleted.

You have to do the Texan path and bring a monarcy to Texas. It's one of the most fun paths in my opinion.

Can't forget Germany's biggest mistake never create a muti-front war. Even when they gate each other they'll still team up to fight a common enemy then when that enemy is defeated they'll catch their breath and wait for opportunity to fight you
I may recomend doing multiple episode play through that will let you get more than one video for your multiple hours of work

I have a suggestion. As Ireland, unite the Celtic nations (Ireland, NI, Cornwall, Scotland, Wales, Britanny, whatever else there is) and take over North America (excluding Central America) and Europe (excluding Eastern Europe(Czechia is Central Europe))
I think there's one in Spain somewhere, like Bastille, I think. It has a weird flag. It looks like the UK flag, but the blue is red, the red is green, and the white stays white.
I would love to see a run where you don't ally with anybody and take over the world
