So interesting thing about Faustian II the Emperor of Haiti, historically he was a US marine stationed in Haiti where he met a tribal Queen of La Gonâve who he helped release, this Queen who was a practicer of Voodoo proclaimed Faustin as the Reincarnation of the First Emperor of Haiti Faustin I and declared him the Co-Monarch though it only lasted till 1929

Basically, Napoleon sent a Polish regiment to Haiti to assist in suppressing a slave revolt. However, some of them changed sides and assisted the slaves in creating Haiti as a independent republic. The first Haitian head of state called the Polish people "the White N-word of Europe" (well, he used another word, that I will not write on RUclips).
