At some point you have to draw the line on how you allow people to treat you! When you're not appreciated its time to move on. We get to choose who we work with just like the customer gets to pick us to work for them. They made this mistake ▶ ruclips.net/video/h1HcMlyIcpA/видео.html

I conquer with you, drawing the Line when you dont trust someone is the best option, no matter how much money you might make is not worth the hassle. I have been in business for over 30 years in my career and i have learned that the hard way, i have fired many customers when they try to screw me or putting one of my guys down just for the fun of it. The guy told you hes an ASSHOLE, and he didnt lie.Keep the good honest work and true videos.

Nobody should be treated like that and a person acting like that will never give you good word of mouth - you might as well kick him to the curb. The depth of knowledge you must accumulate to be a top notch mechanic on these large boats is mind boggling. You & your guys are impressive.

A rule of thumb in business is 20% of your customers produce 80% of your business. Any customer we get a bad vide from we put them behind all our good custermers. (unless business is slow) and new customers give us 60% down until we get to know them. I have a good friend going our on his own here in Seattle with a mobile boat repair and maintince business(10 years expierence)and I reccomended your channel. He hired a man with exceptional experience , training and proven skill in an industry that requires an extreme amount of common sense and self discipline. Then try to treat him like a laborer mowing the grass. There is such an extreme shortage of good marine technician's you probably had his slot filled before you walked to the end of the dock. The word gets around fast through the tiny marine repair industry and he won't be able to get anyone to work on his boat.

You appear to have plenty of customers who appreciate you very much. No need to deal with the inconsiderate few! His end run around you by calling your wife shows he was trying to validate his attitude not change it…

Agree but not when they attack you personally and don’t even know you. Or if the question your integrity. Or accuse you of over charging. Just some examples of when pita fees wouldn’t be enough or worth it.
