- hi guys in today's video I show you my very requested yet very boring braces cleaning routine!!! a lot go you guys comment under my videos asking how I keep my teeth so clean and white and this is pretty much all I do, sorry if it wasn't anything fancy but we can now cure all the curiosity haha ALSO

For those who are considering braces, flossing is very essential. Water flosser is mainly used for getting rid of excess plaque and junk from mouth prior to brushing. Yes it's a pain going in between each tooth, but you'll get used to it after a while. Patience is needed!
Update: I found the best floss for braces! Kinda hard to find though. Platypus flosser. Found it sold in Walgreens. Sold on Amazon as well. A life saver!

I got the water flosser with the dial so u can change the strength of the water stream. It makes such a bloody difference. I found the one u used was too rough on my gums. Since going to the dial one, ans building up my level of water strength, i no longer have any discomfort.
And you do not look bad, u look cute asf as per usual!!
And ur right, i wasnt wearing my rubber bands 🤣

Hey Hazel, How long did your soreness last when you first got em on? I got mines about last week but the soreness remains. I’ve been trying to bite soft food but still hurts. Thanks.

Hi hazel! Quick question what brand is your water flosser? I got one off Amazon and every time I twist it to take out the water left I accidentally press the on button and it makes a mess!

thank you for supporting my channel❤️ it took about 11 months till my gaps were fully closed
I removed 4 teeth during the spring of 2019, and they have closed a bit but not fully yet. So I'm at almost 2 years lol, but I only go to my dentist every 8 weeks. But I got my braces for free so it's okay for me that it takes time, and it's tooootally worth it. Even though it's been a long time, my tip is to take pictures! Because even though it doesn't feel like they've moved, you can really see it in pictures.

that toothpaste is expensive. especially the water flosser hahaha asked my ortho if i can use that as a regular toothpaste and she said yes. just stay away from whitening strips if i don’t want to have stains on the part where my brackets are. 💛 thank you for this video! i would love it if you can make a video on how you clean your teeth and what things you bring for cleaning your brackets especially when you’re not at home, and you’ll eat outside or in a restaurant. coz i’m thanking face mask for keeping my teeth insight whenever i talk after eating 🤣 especially when i’m not at home. it will be a big help! iloveyou! take care and congratulations with those lashes! 🥰💛

I started rubber bands a month ago I gotta leave them in 24 hours and I think I'm doing a good job with them I only take them out to eat and brush my teeth half of the time I forget their even in my mouth
I have a one question if you answer me I feel glad.... is possible that after remove our braces teeth back as before?

@@CozySage DHSJSJ legit same. and it was set on a high setting and i was like "this ain't cleaning shit its just making my mouth bleed" when i used it for the first time
When does braces stop hurting
My medical admission test will be held after 1 an half month later so is it will be ok to put a braces on my teeth?? Will it harm my studies??
how long did the extraction gaps took to close
11 months
Still unsure about getting braces. Dr said I need 4 extractions just like you probably but I’m afraid the extractions affect my face shape after. Got the feeling that I might regret that. What do you think I should do???
I don’t think it’ll affect your face shape, u might see a slight difference maybe on the jaw area but nothing major that you’ll regret, I got 4 teeth extracted and I don’t see any difference
If you have a lot of crowding then you wont notice a difference in face shape
