    there was an early 1983 fanzine that printed rumors about this. it was right on. their predictions for Revenge of the Jedi were incorrect

    My brain may be making things up but I thought there was also a prequel where he was wandering around on an alien world (relative to us), doing his botany thing.

    This idea is an absolute travesty, an atrocious yet limp assault against filmmaking and even storytelling itself, pathetically left unmade. I feel cheated.
