I’m gonna say something perhaps a bit moronic but the penny always seemed to me as a bigger Dinky but with a softer image, rounded edges, everything vintage Coach is just magical, the aesthetic is very practical, American and minimal, love that it doesn’t carry any sort of logos, other than the hang tag, I’d love for Coach to simplify their branding with current designs.
I think you are spot on about the Penny being a "softer" version of the Dinky. Maybe it's something about it being just a bit bigger that allows it be a little smooshier (for lack of a better word), but it definitely feels slightly less stiff and structured than it's little sister. :)
The bag looks great on you, Sho! And I do agree that it go well with vivid colored outfits too. Seeing it bounce off nicely with the color of your red one in the background affirms it. Happy holidays, darling!🎁

I'm looking into buying myself a very first bag and thinking of getting the same one like yours either in black or tan. I can't decide which color. They're both so pretty. Thanks so much for watching! I actually dunk (soak) all my vintage Coach full grain leather bags as part of their rehab, but sadly some stains are just permanent no matter what you do. I honestly don't mind on this one, though. It's pretty minor, and I'm just thinking of it as extra "patina". LOL ;)

I've seen another youtuber get water marks and dents out of vintage coach bags by washing them in soapy water in the sink. They come out like new.
