    After making one rice paper. I decorated my cake and put it on the fridge and it shrinked. Can it be put on the fridge after decorating it on the cake? How long does it last

    • @SugarQueenEva

      Leave it to fully dry first at room temperature, then you can spray it with edible glaze (edible shelac) so it's not affected by moisture. I find it can last at room temperature for a long time but it gets more fragile as it dries. Edible glaze can help a lot.

      @@anavianna3072 if I understand your question correctly, you want to know what is this edible glaze? It's a glaze spray used for shine and protection of chocolate and desserts. Like this one for example: www.amazon.de/-/en/PME-Food-Gloss-Spray-100ml/dp/B00482H2FW/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=essbare+glasur+spray&qid=1638168719&sr=8-2

    Por gentileza, quais foram os produtos que você usou?

    • @SugarQueenEva
      @SugarQueenEva  3 года назад +3

      I used 3 different papers. The first one is a thicker wafer paper (for edible print) , the second one is thinner wafer paper and the third one is rice paper (Asian food shops). I used vodka and powder colors, you can also use gel colors. For protection from moisture you can spray the dried sails with edible glaze (shellac). Hope this helps:)

      Hello! You can use a dot of melted chocolate, royal icing or simply egg white, though chocolate will harden faster. Hope this helps:)
