Your struggles are why I haven't tried to wrap my Veloster. That nose piece is way to angular for my skill level. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. The only tip I can give you is try turning the heat down on your heat gun and don't stay in one spot to long. I use a heat gun often in resin art, and vinyl application, and it'll F things up quickly if the heat is to high. Just a thought.

Dude you’re so right, too hot for sure! I think the velo would also be super difficult, maybe if you popped off the bumper and trim pieces and took out the grill it MIGHT be a little easier. But still hard tbh …

What color is that? It’s gorgeous. Too bad they do not have it on the new corollas. $1700 should be criminal. You can get your car painted for that much money.

Thank you man! It’s called Toyota Cement Grey. It only comes on the APEX trim model. That’s what I love about it too! Totally agree 1700 was way too much for just the front.

You shouldnt use heat gun. Your video doesnt show that. You should overlap the stroke and use more force to push the water. Not wet enough

Now I know if I ever try it again!
