Hi Jackie, i dont really make people size items. I wuold recomend to find a basic beabie pattern and add detail onto that, at least it would give you the sizing. Sorry i couldnt help at the moment but please let me know how you get on 😊
Hi Amanda, the base part of the crown is just a beannie so if you can start with that to fit the mannequin and build up around it. I have just checked and there are some nice patterns on Etsy for this size. I very rarely make for people size so unfortunately i dont have any measurements for you 🥰
