Hiten, OID or Object Identifier is the variable for each of the parameter on a MIB of a device, Eg: CPU utilization has an OID, temperature has an OID and all these are a part of MIB and it is the OIDs which trigger the traps for eg if CPU goes High, a trap is generated because of the OID.
