Soooo good! The stretch is pretty long but the Holy Spirit told me somebody at home needed a little longer stretch before we got active! Glad you enjoy these workouts WOOT WOOT!! 🎉🎉
Side note, the description box, "All you need are light-moderate weights. (we used 101b- 20lb pairs) and a yoga mat/soft surface" I think it was supposed to state 10 lbs*
@@IAMSHYD Oh yes baby! After my cool down & a shower I felt like I could do it all over again!. Now the next morning got me. Being 33 & working 14 hours a day will get me trying act young😂 but I felt good after
