fun fact : 10years ago NHRDA World finals same track in the vid, A guy name Bird Lakha he's got a well known tune shop in Thailand. shipped his 4cylinder diesel tube chassis Isuzu D-max some where around 700hp , 60 pounds of boost and did 8.227 164.39mph. pretty good if u ask me

I do miss some of the old content, but I totally get the reality of shooting a bunch of this vs that over a few days to maximize content from a location. I never thought I’d like any of it, but really like the dirt version. The asphalt racing is cool too. I think my favorite cars are the legit sleepers, crazy home-built stuff over the mega-bucks pure-race-shop-built ones
Seen the Kraken scrub the paint on both bumpers on a dusty street. Wheels went up and scraped the rear, wheels came down and scraped the front and he still drove it out the back door for a win.
