I'm actually really sad that this isn't solved. ARG's are so cool but to be honest even thought I want to be, I'm not the kind of person who can do ARG's. They give me really intense panic attacks unless someone is there commenting over them, which makes it basically impossible to get myself to put myself through that and try to solve them, putting aside the fact that I am not very good at puzzles to begin with. Ah. I just want to know the storrryyyyyyy lol. Wilbur is such a good storyteller, so it would be so cool to see this solved. Oh well. Hopefully it is solved one day by someone who actually can solve it lol
@MyPenAndPaper agreed. I was rewatching the ARG today and I felt anxiety rising in me so I searched up to see if there was a solution yet so that it didn’t get out of control. apparently there is no solution yet! xD
By comment over I assume you mean pauses in between stories and talking? If so, Inside a Mind does some good ARG videos.
I’m good at puzzles and pretty good at solving mysteries but this is something I will never be able to do it’s so difficult
Id reccomend just joining some arg based communities or discord servers, preferably larger ones, and when people get in vc you could suggest to go over some things again so someone would probably stream it and you could ask in the vc chat about stuff and they usually pause it for a bit every now and then to point out stuff^^

@@Shark-yj4uu yeah he said it in the arg clips and he's starting to say it again. He also is starting to wear more hoodies referring to the phrase "i am cold" but that could just be because its october and its getting cold.

@@codacrafts747 i think he said it in the festival stream. He said something like "tommy we haven't hung out like this for a while, its been- its been very cold". Also i have another theory. This is why i think that the ghost hunting thing is a continuation of the arg:
1. at the start of the year, he said that he is going to make another arg (i think he said it on the channel jacksucksatlife but i dont really remember)
2. In the last video of the arg, he said that the "old jealous, problematic wilbur" died. Doesn't that mean that the "old wilbur" is a ghost? It just adds up

the fact that it is fairly new and me thinking that it ended months ago is giving me goosebumps-
I haven't seen the ARG in such a long time
I'm on a mission to figure out the end of this ARG and I made a call to action vid on my channel where I try and get people to look for it again. Were looking for the last "Pieces to the Puzzle" that were mentioned in this clip so hopefully we can figure this out.
What if he is talking about death?
What if he isn't saying ''bow'' but ''bough''?
What if he hints at a present with a bow on top, a bow with an ornament cluster on top?
What if he is talking about a casket with a flower ornament on top?
My mind might go to dark places sometimes, but isn't a casket just a darker version of a present?

@@mianatalia4423 incredibly sad news, just found out that the ARG has been pretty much cancelled and nobody is searching anymore... I guess we'll never find the true story :(
i know right? especially in the current "insanity" phase he's going through right now. because the line of the Roleplay in the SMP and what's happening here is very blurry for me. i wanna have people to discuss it with and theorize. Wilbur is truly an enigma huh.

Holy cow Epiphany, looking at comments I'm wondering... Is the story within the tale and rise and fall and corruption of Wilbur soot in the dream SMP the story behind the ARG. Not serious just a theory...
What is interesting about that is- he mentioned a key line of the arg in the festival. “I’m so cold” Long time viewers noticed and some think he’s going to continue it or if his decisions/going insane in l’manberg have to do with it. Just as curious as you

there was something that really irked me too. in one of the videos, wilbur goes "my kingdom" which could be a reference to "my l'manberg"-
since it was said in the same tone of voice/way

i have a very good idea of what i think the arg storyline is but i feel like i might be far off

@@akisket 1) it might be hinting at his new album 2) wilbur is constantly running from someone or an idea because its not visible. the fear could be anxiety or depression, hence the “im cold,” statement made many times and the “they cannot find me,” happening in every video. the anxiety coming to find him and the cold winter symbolizes the depression state. during the last video of the series (4:53) stating that, “im so cold. this is the most cold i think ive been.” showing that over the past few months wilburs depression has taken over him as a person. also hinting at him “dying,” toward the end saying, (4:35), “doesnt know how to quite handle emotions, will be dead.” also showing that it has taken over his life situation. with the third video of the series, after he becomes jacks editor, you can see hes in a better state, more dressed up, better house. the more attention wilbur has reserved cancelling out the anxiety and depression lingering around, or the people/ ideas chasing him. the reason behind why wilbur wants kia (k**) fired so badly is because he seeks attention from an unwanted source or from someone who doesnt really want to give it too him. (jack or the female voice mail always being left). when seeking for attention wilbur wants to become an editor, knowing that kia is the editor trys to get him fired from his position, leaving him as the only attention source. (kinda long but i dont even know if its anywhere close to correct

It's been so long and it still hasn't been solved...
I was a big fan of Jack when Wilbur showed up and it was insane to be there as a Jack fan not knowing Wilbur at the time.
A lot of people in the comments are thinking that Wilbur is still giving clues in his newer videos and in things like the DreamSMP

So guys i know he said that the ghost stream was not ARG and i think that’s true. But what if the date on the camera was a hint though? I mean i know he said it wasn’t an ARG stream but he didn’t say there maybe wouldn’t be a clue? It seems like people are starting to hear about it and maybe he decided to make another one or add an extra hint? Don’t believe me just a theory
