I poured a couple of tablespoons of EVOO on the dough after the initial mixing. Makes the Flip & Fold less sticky and Focaccia loves EVOO. And, your Semolina recipe is GREAT!
I never knew focaccia was so easy! I made this and topped it with garlic, black olives, cherry tomatoes, dried basil, sea salt & pepper, and parmesan. (I ran out of feta or it would've been on there too). It was so good I cried tears of joy as I was eating it. With more olive oil of course.
I'm struggling a while now to make and bake better bread. But this video got me totally motivated and back in the saddle again. Thanks...🙏🏼 I can't wait to make this tomorrow. Greetings from the Netherlands. 🤗
@@frannielovesfood Doesn't work yet. It's like the yeast doesn't start working. Maybe my watertemperature is a bit too high. Or the salt kills the yeast. I don't know. I followed every step and measured carefully, but the yeast doesn't start producing farts...
I did it!! It worked out perfectly... Finally got some decent baking going on. Thank you so much for the tips. I watched the dough growing and growing and I have been so excited for the past 2 hours....It's delicious! 🙏🏼😘
This looks amazing 😍 Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes with us and I absolutely LOVE the way you explain everything, makes it so easy to follow..❤
I also make a lot of bread. I have multiple Danish Whisks and I highly recommend them. For reliable RISING...I get the best results for bread when using the Plastic CAMBRO Containers. The lid seals well...ensuring the dough rises a bit more or quicker...even. I use the 4 Qt for one loaf and the 6 quart for multiple. I gotta try this recipe. I need it for my Panini adventures.
Great vid! I've been baking focaccia for a while and I always incorporate olive oil during the stretch & fold - a lot of it... I will say yours is prettier than mine. I'll have to give your method a go!
Your camera threw me because if that wooden thing is the state of NY, it's backwards...lol. I went to look at all 3 of your breads...and saw this: '2 unavailable videos are hidden'. Does that mean you have to s end money to see them? If so, that's...well, let's just say if you can't say something nice......
The hidden videos are probably videos I took down. You’ll never need to send money to see my videos. This is the first bread video I posted. More will be coming 👍🏻
When you patiently explained how to use the scale, I subscribed. Great post! Can't wait to try focaccia!❤

Yeast can be killed by high water temp as well as not being stored properly. If the yeast is expired or old, it can also not rise 👍🏻
@@frannielovesfood I will try again with fresh yeast en perfect temperature water. 💪🏻

Yes you can absolutely use those options 👍🏻

Wow that' looks amazing I will make it this weekend. Thank you !!!
Yay!!
Looks delicious! Does it work with AP flour?
Yes, just has a slightly different texture ☺️
Amazing bella will try it soon.
Can you please tell us what pan you use and size? It is a perfect recipe! Thank you❤
10x14 👍🏻
Frannie, what olive oil do you use?
It depends really, but I love Don Luigi and recently I’ve been using Graza which is good as well!
Yummy!
Please tell me again what is it you put on the bottom rack? Was it pizza stones?
Yes pizza stones or steels 👍🏻
Is that pan approximately the same size as a sheet pan? I’m asking because I used a sheet pan and my bread was a little flat so not sure why.
This is 10x14, it’s a little smaller than a typical sheet pan 👍🏻
Can you please tell us what pan you use…size? It is a perfect recipe! Thank you❤
I placed the link to the pan I’m using in the description ☺️
Really don't understand why she doesn't user a rubber spatula to clean off the sides of the bowl.

Yes the camera is in selfie mode so things appear flipped. I am new to RUclips, so I’m still adjusting.
What a lot of fuss…crapola. weighing ,. Scheeeasier to measure imperial…cup. tsp , tbl., etc…scheech
Weighing is precise, cups are not. You get inconsistent results with cups.
