    ഞാൻ ഒരു ലേഡി ആണ്.. ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ വീഡിയോ search ചെയ്യാൻ കാരണം തന്നെ PCOD കൂടീട്ടു overwight ആയപ്പോൾ ee videoyil പറയുംപോലെ തന്നെ ഡ്രസ്സ്‌ ഒന്നും ഇടുമ്പോൾ comfort ഇല്ല. Shapeless. അങ്ങനെ ജിം പോകാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഇവിടെ അടുത്തുള്ള ജിം ചെന്ന് enquiery ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ആ ജിം നടത്തുന്നയാൾ പറയുവാണ് ലേഡീസ് ഇവിടെ ഗ്രൗണ്ട് exercise ആണ് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നത്. Equipments ആകെ തരുന്നത് tredmill and cycling.. അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു ഗ്രൗണ്ട് exercise ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി ജിമ്മിൽ വരേണ്ട കാര്യമുണ്ടോ എന്ന്. അപ്പോൾ അവർ പറയുവാണ്equipments use ചെയ്താൽ വണ്ണം കുറയില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ശരീരം ഒന്നു കൂടി tight ആകുവേ ഉള്ളു..

    This is so true from my personal experience. I lost weight with regular exercise but my face remained chubby. So the effect of weight loss was not so evident in my appearance. When I incorporated weight training to my work out my face became leaner and overall I got very good muscle definition. Even without losing more weight I appeared slimmer.
