I'm surprised you said Taylor probably hasn't changed her face. I spy a brow lift, but it's very hard for me to guess when. Pulling up her teenage photos shows a VERY different eyelid appearance.

@@kiraoo5201 yep. I first noticed it in the Long Pond Studio Sessions. I wasn't even a huge fan when I saw it, and still noticed a huge difference. She definitely had whatever she changed changed before that, though. That's probably just the first time I noticed it. Which means it was well done, I suppose!

I'm a fan of this channel, but I thought Ariana's nose change*S* were pretty obvious...I don't think the nose ever gets smaller and more perfected over time, since the opposite happens with aging. As a fan of Ariana in general, I know she's had a whole lot more work done than just her nose, too. I disagree with the Taylor as a fan as well...This felt a little...pandering to celebs, or something?

This was a weird video. Non of these have had subtle surgery, they've all had very obvious surgery, and in Madonnas case, really really baaaad. Taylor's breast may be a fairly subtle change, but Arianas and Kylies changes are ridiculously obvious and well known.

She is a fan of the filter though!! That's why she looks so smooth and shiny. Unretouched pictures leaked not so long ago and she does have a lot of wrinkles.

I'm not convinced Taylor got any sort of implants, she's gained weight since her early days, and breasts get bigger as the body does. I'm a similar body type to her, tall and naturally very thin, but my metabolism slowed down in the last few years (mid 20s) and as I gained weight I went from an A to a C cup, and I'm still considered slender, so it's entirely possible that's the case for her. She's been open about how she wasn't eating in the past, now she's in a better place mentally and her body reflects that.

She got her breast implants a really long time ago though. I remember it was all over the media. I'm talking maybe 7/8 years ago.

yes she gained a lot of weight and she had never showed cleavage prior to that so everyone thought she got breast implants, which she may have, but now that she has lost weight again, the breasts look smaller now. And I saw her before her fearless era, her breasts were not that small, she was several years younger,but had larger breasts and she had a much more weight on her body, so I am not convinced she had implants, cause where did they go, she does not seem to have them now. perhaps she had them removed? I hope she did not, because that has to be terribly uncomfortable.

Sorry, I literally don't agree with any of these. None of these is subtle, and some of them, like Madonna and Kylie look quite overdone and not natural at all.

I think Kylie has changed her look too much. Obviously I can’t argue with the fact that other than her lips, it is very quality work. I just hate to see someone especially that young think they need to change themselves so much because she will probably just accelerate or intensify procedures as she gets older. Great video!

I don't think Taylor has implants. Breasts get bigger and change shape naturally especially as you age and taylors been in the public eye since her teens so it's no wonder her body has changed since then

I thought you would base this list on whose work was well done, or perhaps most subtle but beautifying. Putting Kylie on this list has lost you a lot credibility in my opinion.
Also, Kylie probably isn't a billionaire, look up the fallout from the Forbes drama. I wish this video had been properly researched before you posted it.
