These delicious Cinnamon & Rhubarb muffins have a touch of tartness and sweetness from fresh rhubarb.These fabulous muffins have a crunchy sweet sugar topping and are great with tea or coffee. This recipe makes 12 muffins. What a pleasure it is to set out a basket of these rhubarb muffins, although the basket doesn't stay full for very long! They keep well for several days and stay soft and moist inside, just simply amazing!

I picked a ton of Rhubarb from my neighbor as you know. I will be making these muffins soon. It's more like Fall here rather then Spring here in Wa! In the meantime I'm making a white bread in my Bread Maker as we speak.

"This is my second one. Don't judge me." XD XD I'm dying. Never imagined something that looks like celery could be in a muffin and still taste good. Keep up the great recipes!! Also, if possible, can we see something pickled? I recalled Russian have a lot of pickled foods and wanted to see something unique in that field. Great job!

ahha good point, it kinda looks like celery, but tastes much better well sour :P yeah its on my list on requests, i might just make a quick video to show people how many requests I have :))) but anything specific you want to learn how to pickle?
