Man I was waiting for this video because I saw that you played against him somewhere, maybe at Instagram, this guy is popular even if he's not at the top of rankings😂😂😂
I met B Bat 10 years ago at the Santa Maria Open. I couldn't resist, and switched to the Natural 2 handled racquet. It was unbelievably challenging to play with and ideal for amadextrious persons. I played with it for 10 years but developed golfers elbow in my left arm. Brian is one of the most fun players to watch play.
3:41 clutch ❤❤❤
Partner moving like a rabbit out there!!
I remember when he was on the C Tour 15 years ago with his brother, both playing that racket.
Damn, that was exciting to watch! Was so cool to watch the steady play from the Swedes.
Shot at 3:40 was wow
cheeetah partner!!
Well played to you both. Great to watch the dream team. Keep your focus.
Insane levels of hand/eye coordination from you guys. What a team! Simon, you're just at another level at doubles.
Brian is so talented. I hope he'll have luck finding another racquet like that when he breaks his. Super unique.
Looking forward to the next video.
M
He is so fun to watch 😮 nice win tough
that angle at 8:08 :o
You’re so amazing. Best tennis player ever. Are you going to play at Wimbledon this year. I also love the Swedish league videos. Good luck. Also you’re the best player in the team.
troll
Haha thanks man, appreciate you, wimbledon might be tough this year, but 2025... ;)
Now that was entertaining. Congrats
great video and great match! keep going
I recently got accepted into Cornell so its funny to see you playing at the school I'm going to be attending next year!
Thats awesome man, congrats!!
Foot fault served at 8:09
and many more times throughout serves of man with black shirt
"A server who takes more than one step with either foot after 'feet at rest' position is at risk for being called for a foot fault", per USTA rules
That jump serve!
Awesome Simon, I train weekly with his nephew.
This is just insane, feels weird to watch. You did great as usual tho!
I wd think that the Y handle would pinch your hand at some point while playing. Funny how we develop quirks/habits that are uncommon but work well for us, eh! I play with a cheap thin Golf glove, it gives tremendous grip with no slip, and i can hit balls/serves about 30 - 40% harder, with more stability and much more dependability that bare handed, even in warm weather! Im about 70 and i manage 2 teams, and can still hit aces, lobs, drop shots, spin shots, and bounce back shots!
Indeed an unique racquet and serving style! Very fun to watch, same as your 'pancake 'serve!
:)
I have both the Natural & Diamond models. They helped me rehab a nagging shoulder injury
Simon Freud I love your videos so much. Keep up the good work
Thank you lots :)
Volleyball serve!
Bellissima partita !
Are Bryan's add side serves legal? Contact point of most these serves are in other side, this makes T-serves easier. Amazing video btw
I believe so! and thank you :)
Where do you even buy that two handled raquet?
they made them for him only
And how he had the idea for it before they made the racket…
@@federicotorres6268 He is a partner for the company that makes the racquet (Natural Tennis). It is a design made by his coach.
@@y2jandyhe thought of it?
Pretty sure there was a company making them.
What does volleyball serve man do when it is windy? It’s such a high toss with not a lot of ability to adjust the jump/swing, from what I can tell
Quality match
The dude with weird racket always yelling "Youuuuuuuuu" making teammate chase down balls lol. Such a liability
haha gotta keep em on their toes!!
What racquets and strings are you guys using?
I play with my Stiga Supreme racket, and RS Paris strings 👊
Is that racquet legal??
He jumps when he serves ???? 😂😂
That 2 handled racket looks pretty unwieldy at the net.
Brian finds a way!
He probably has the craziest serve, but your pancake serve is not far off.
;)
lol the dude in the white hat does a lot of illegal serves - what's up with that?
serve @6:52 is illegal: you are not allowed to cross the mid line before you touch the ball
as long as you are in the air it is fine no?
looks clean to me. If you couldn't jump over lines, most pro serves would be illegal, since they're propelling themselves over the baseline
Not with your feet, unless you are "airborne". Look at the extremely tall guys serving. All of them cross the midline with their torso/arms.
I'm pretty sure its legal, I think Opelka does it non stop haha
And the one player has to use two handles ??? 😂 😂😂 isn’t the artificially large and light and artificial strings enough ? You need two handles now ??? 😂😂😂😂😂
