- Welcome guys, today we bring to you a food expedition in Madina , Ghana. we went to the popular food joints inside Madina and ate "kooko" with "koose" which is a breakfast food and also went to a waakye joint and bought waakye with cow skin also popularly known as wole and varieties of meat and fish . Lastly, a popular banku joint.

I think the oil is palm kernel oil. I don’t think it’s frytol otherwise it will start to smoke if it’s that old.
