- Rv parks in Florida are plentiful. St. Augustine has a new park that is Big Rig friendly with their 70-90 ft sites and most are 45 ft wide! St. Augustine Rv Resort has 140 sites with a good wifi and all the amenities you could want. Thanks to David for the aerial video!

Hardly any shade. That’s a bummer.
I love St Augustine but that park is UGLY!!
It's also right next to the interstate which is great if you're traveling and just need to stay overnight but otherwise it's not so great
Large sites starting at $86.07 per night before taxes and fees. With state tax that is 6% and an add on for St Johns county of 3% that becomes minimum $93.82 per night. No thanks.

The old side looks better then many parks we have been in.
I agree but the sites are so small and and the units are so large and crowded that it looks like a parking lot..

Good video. Stumbled on to your site. They only thing is that these sites are always full. I've been trying for awhile, as St. Augustine is one of my favorite places to go. But trying to get reservations are almost impossible, as is most of Florida's sites. And I live her in Florida

Florida needs a couple thousand more of these. Especially south of Gainesville.
We are natives of Sarasota, Florida. Every time we RV up the east coast (I-95 corridor) that is our first stop. Sometimes just a night and sometimes a few nights. We have been staying since it opened. Pool was not even finished the first time we stayed. The people
running the park are fabulous. Our coach (diesel pusher) with the trailer is 75'. We have absolutely no problem getting in and out!
AND FYI - the casino has great food - burgers - sandwiches - and much more - including breakfast all day. Belgium waffles, eggs and much more. They open at 9:30 AM and are open till 4 AM every day! I do NOT gamble but I sure do eat!

What a great video! Has anyone ever told you that you look and sound alot like the former congressman Trey Gowdy from South Carolina? LOL I mean that as a nice compliment so I hope you take it that way. I just stumbled upon your video as we are thinking of doing a trip to FL and I have heard alot about St Augustine. you talked about new area but what does the sites in the older area cost? surely not the same as the new fancy side, right? i love campers and camping but the prices of sites are getting higher and higher, even here in Pennsylvania. cutting down on my camping badly.

Thanks for sharing that. I’m always looking for new safe places to camp. I am a single lady and travel by myself. I have almost 60 foot going down the road that’s including a big enclosed Harley trailer so it’s really difficult for me to get into some of those places in the campgrounds. I met you guys at bike week and I am Michon‘s friend. I have the ultra classic with a Sidecar and I had the little manikin man in the side car. I enjoyed meeting you guys your definitely a lot of fun. Oh yes I was impressed with your motorhome it’s beautiful and as I said, I was looking to buy a new one …. matter fact I’ve had nine in the last nine years so I’ve been doing some trading. Hope I get to run into you guys again that would be awesome. I have subscribe to your channel. I enjoy watching your videos and again thank you.

We went through the park last year before the pool and clubhouse were open. We were not impressed with it. Seemed really pricey for what is there. Very close to I95.

The entire state of Florida is level. I'd forgotten just how dismally flat it is....
The park might be okay someday when the trees are trees and not just vertical sticks.

Love St. A area, great review guys, thanks!!! I did notice that there are no RV site fire rings so I presume campsite fires are not permitted. May I ask how many fire pits are provided for use and if they got crowded during your stay?
Hey Rickey, I don't recall their policy on fires, I think they only allow them at the fire pits in the common area....Cant find my paperwork from the stay.....They had 3 fire pits but the weather was so nice during our visit no one used them :)

This looks more like a rv park for snowbirds than an rv park for camping in! Ugh!
It might be Bud, not sure, seems like many parks in Florida are used by snowbirds during the winter. Haven't visited this park in the summer, my guess is its filled with "vacationers" Thanks for watching.

Beautiful park.........but I will never understand why people spend so much money on their rigs and then park up in expensive RV parks.
I guess rv parks and camping parks are different in character. Rv park no shade, no privacy, packed in neatly like sardines.
