- I review the Jabra Rox wireless Bluetooth earbuds - compare to Moto Surround, LG neckbuds. Plus, I explain a simple fix for the very common problem of losing the silicone earwing piece and keeping it from falling off!
This is a brilliant solution! I'm a Jabra Rox Wireless user and the "easy-slip/falloff" ear wing design really bothers me a lot (and I don't see Jabra put the same design in their other following products, they must know it!), now I finally find your video and would like to say a big thank to you!
This is a great idea, I was researching for years to find a solution for this, as it seems almost every Bluetooth headset suffers from the same issue (including other Jabra's I have and Plantronics). Your idea solved it! Thanks!
Thanks for the fix against losing the wings. Brilliant!
And agree. Quality wise the Rox are amongst the best BT in-ear headphone I have (and I've had quite a few).
Just also read your comment on your finger nails being chewed. Honestly, hadn't even noticed.... Keep the good reviews and smart solutions coming!
I found this problem the cause of the most anxious feeling I've had for a long time... 😑 thanx for the advice!!
the silicone rubber thingy is a genius move (y)
Thanks man! I just did this with my Jabras!
Brilliant! Thanks for sharing. I will ask my wife if she has it.
that's a perfect solution! I love my Jabras, but also had to hunt for the silicone pieces - real pain in the a** mostly, because I use them on a bike.. even tried to glue them with the double-sided sticky tape but it catches dirt like hell...
gonna hunt for my wife's hair little rubber-rings now ;D
mine used spoke to me as you said and I can't seem to get it back on, I have no idea how I disenabled it, i lost all my earwings
I used this products for about 2 years, I changed to Bose recently, funny thing is after 2 weeks, Jabar simply can not be turned on no matter what I do to fix it.
Same for me
Maybe it was insulted that you preferred the Bose over it.
I have had a bigger issue with the ear buds falling off. If only this would work for them. I guess this is the downside to the two part design.
Brilliant! It's perfect because I have about a million of those hair ties! Haha
whatever i tried change the position eargel, i still can not get the perfect fit. it's make me upset, i want to refund it but i know i can't.
I just clued the wings on... perfect...
im found this too late :(. last week i lost my earwing. Wish i saw this earlier.
I have this similar Jabar Rox for 4 months and it has failed 2 times and 1-to-1 exchange by the service center. I was told that there is a problem with this wireless bluetooth product.
Very bad product.
Nice bro gonna do it 2morrow
do you chew your fingernails?
You shouldn't give up. Some of us couldn't care less about weight or fingernails. I've had these earphones for less than a week, and losing the earwings has become pretty damn irritating. This is a great solution, and I found the video very useful. Your review of the earphones was also good and in my opinion quite accurate. Thanks 👍
You talkin to much i will abandome whatchin
