I could be wrong but I believe I read somewhere that flying in State parks was prohibited.
That's right. State Parks are off limits as well. I recently got stopped and told by the ranger.

I would contact the park. Usually there is a number on their signage. If it’s a national park you won’t be able to. How’s the weather out there?
This is a small passage from state bill #3370. This bill negates all local drone laws.
Except as otherwise prohibited by P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), a person who is authorized by federal law to operate an unmanned aircraft system may operate an unmanned aircraft system in this State for any purpose, provided that the person operates the unmanned aircraft system in a manner consistent with applicable federal law and regulations. Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect federal preemption of State law regarding aviation...

This is ridiculous some drones have 3 and more miles range and they want you to fly them within 50-100' from you? lol seriously why people are so stupid.
