Tried this for a while but then found a better way: Bronas Forest, directly north of Lakeside Stable in Faron. Needs to be nighttime and no rain. Beetles are up high on the fat trees and you'll need to climb to catch them. Snap a picture of one so you can track them with the sensor.
Bro this is so helpful. I didn’t even think to save scum. Should also note that there are a TON of evermeans on the ridges by sifumim shrine, just above lurelin village in east necluda.
For anyone wondering the exact location of those Evermeans, there's a group around (2655, -3287, 0087), on the ridge directly across from the one with the shrine. There are also a few near Carok Bridge on the Hyrule Field side, around Ishodag Shrine.
I didn't have luck with this trick but I could get lots in the tree just in front the Lakeside Stable and in the 2 sets of trees behind the Sifumim shrine.
has a stupid slow spawn rate for beetles. Combine that with the load time for save resets and this is quite possibly the slowest way to farm beetles. Don't waste your time, just go get the stealth armor and climb the fat jungle trees
I just found one on the big tree at the south entrance of Kakariko for anyone still wondering. Just drop down from the shrine and you should be able to get it if it’s there.
I am hunting for the bladed rhino beetle to be able to unlock the korok forest, & you are telling me that I need to unlock it to be able to find the beetles TT

Not a single beetle found in 30 minutes. Has to be something better.
Anyone that needs the 9 electric beetles for the wild set. Cycle between Bronas Forest, Rutile Lake and kill the treeants in korok forest.
I tried looking in all of those areas for the beetles but have still yet to find one, any tips on how I could locate them or where to find them?

Because of the gloom hands in the Deku tree, I need the bladed rhino beetle to make armor up elixir
@@katakimikusan Use bomb arrows on the gloom hands and for Phantom ganon, just use dodge into flurry. you dont need exlier
