- We look at the A'Design Award Winner Mark Carson's newest design, the Kailua collection. This Ref. 24401 has a gorgeous Koa wood dial and a beautiful faceted case. Mark Carson may also have the coolest logo around (the Honu--Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle). Aside from that, the Kailua is a seriously crafted watch powered by the ETA 2824-2 top grade movement.

Inteesting watch. I don't usually like square-ishbut this one is nice - story is nice to, and a watch that offers an opening for conversation is always fun. Good show, Rich. Cheers

What happened at six? It looks like the date window collided with an index cutout. Or a non-date version got mixed up with a date version. Anyway, I like sandwich dials but it’s less effective for words, logos, etc. probably should have printed those and left the cutouts for just the indices.
The petroglyph style indices work well. Maybe a good point on a no date window though.
Interesting piece...not quite a dress watch, more casual!
