Great to finally hear someone else enjoys and prioritizes walking. I try to get my steps in every day. I tried the gym but the weekday crowds are crazy. It’s harder to walk this time of year since it’s colder and the sun has already set by the time i’m done with work around 6 pm.. if i don’t catch the sun around lunchtime (which is hard to make time for when you only get 1 hr break) then i only get to see the sun from the windows. I often do walk at night to make it up though. Btw you really do look great so here’s another antiaging tip: wear a good sunscreen every day!
Much appreciated for the feedback and comment! I recently decided to start recording in the process. Which has me doubling down on these walks. I likewise do not like public gyms and am doing a video on that topic soon. So that's a great call out. It's a bit more challenging with the cold I'd agree, and it really comes down to your lifestyle and stressors. I'd add a killer playlist or podcast will get you going as well. Four 15 min walks in a day will also help break it up and add up. I understand the challenges. At random times, and esp if I am weight training early evening, I will immediately walk to keep that momentum. Sunscreen is a good call as I am squinting a lot here looking right into the sun and camera. Thank you!
@ great tip about breaking up the walks. I’ve had a goal in the back of my head of walking a little early in the morning, then again afternoon, then one last time during the evening. I think that’d be more balanced for me. I’d also like to graduate into running again, but I think I need to improve my diet a lot before that (i’m already very skinny lol). Thanks for the reply and i’ll make sure to sub!
@ yes sir! Breaking it up a bit can lead to sustained energy levels and productivity through the day. I do sprints once a week (incline). So def can mix it up! Nutrition is everything! As long as you’re 70-80% consistent. Keep it up, and thank you for the support 💪🏻

I'm 50 and trying to achieve 15,000 steps per day.
That's quite remarkable. And 15,000 steps is no joke! Congrats. Am sure you make it look so easy as well!
