Hi! Most of them would work with whipped cream. I don't think the acetate wrapped cakes would because I don't think whipped cream is sturdy enough to be able to peel the acetate off without damaging it

Yes, they are chocolate! I show how to make them in this tutorial: ruclips.net/video/iWjo9kypEyc/видео.html And yes, you can re-use acetate, just wash it with soap and water and let it dry. It never looks quite as shiny again but it works just as well for frosting/decorating the second third fourth etc time!
I recently brought stencil to use on side of cakes. Tried to use it today but when I went to peel of stencil it left patches of butter cream on it. Should I spray it before placing on the cake? Icing was decently firm. Before applying it. 🤦🏽 idk what to do

Your cakes are so beautiful. My thing is, whenever I attempt to make a sheet cake to make mini cakes, a portion of it is always taller than the other. I gather it has to do with how I pour the cake into the pan, but no matter how much I tap and spread the batter to make it even, it never seems to work for me. 🤷🏻♀️
@@BritishGirlBakes hmmm ill definitely try rotating the pan because i never do that. As for my oven/rack being sloped or slanted, no it definitely is not. Probably the only thing in my kitchen that isn't. 😅😅😅😬😬
Just my opinion, but I am not a big fan of the "naked" cake. It just seems like a way to cut expenses. The less icing you make and use the greater your profit. As a lover of cake, I want to see a cleanly iced cake with the right amount of icing.

Your icing ideas truly amazing.butter cream is too sweet what do you use for icing can use whipped cream for it.will it give same effect
You can use whipped cream for some of these. I don't think it would work for acetate techniques like the jelly cake because it's not firm enough

Interesting! Could the rack in your oven be sloped? Do you spin your pan around halfway through baking so it bakes evenly? Maybe that would help?
