    I find it tricky to find what is actually pushing me out of the comfort zone. Just because I don't perform well in a practice session doesn't mean I wasn't comfortable doing it. The biggest shake up for me was starting to play darts against real people online. This made the nerves and excitement build, the focus get sharpened and emotional peaks and troughs were more intense. Getting those same feelings in practice is not easy.

    Agree. You have to compete. So playing with teams and players that kick your ass will teach you how to better your game. Golf is my chosen sport, and playing better players brings the best out in you as a player.
