The only tutorial I have seen that clearly explains the main difference, distance. Well done. 😉

Brother, should I stretch out my hand and then turn my body and strike, or at the same time while extending my hand I rotate my body and strike?

The body/ core should initiate first, a split second later the hand comes. It looks like it's together, but body first

    Hi Ronnie.
Would that motion of popping the arm out instead of the elbow be a telegraph?

You mean pulling the fist out? When you do it fast, then not really. If you don't pull your fist out your punch is short and has no swing, there needs to be a bigger circle to get momentum and acceleration to make a good impact. Also... You don't just do it cold. You can look down, bend knees, make it a fake, and throw a big hook. If you don't swing fist out the angle is off. Hard to explain on message, much easier to show! I will eventually!
